At FUJI Skin Care, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unsealed items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
An incorrect product was delivered
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return:
Contact us via phone or email
Provide your order number
Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in the request being declined.
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
You may be asked to return the product in its original, unused, and sealed condition
Return instructions will be provided by our support team
FUJI Skin Care reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an alternative method as agreed.
Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched once the returned item is received and inspected.
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Used or opened skincare products
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless defective)
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
